July 2015 silver sales at the Perth Mint were up 94.1% from 384,686 ounces sold in June 2015.
Silver sales at the U.S. Mint were also up sharply. In July, the U.S. Mint sold 5,529,000 one ounce American Silver Eagles (ASEs) up 14% from the 4,840,000 ASEs sold in June 2014.

The Perth Mint sold 51,088 ounces of gold in July up 103.5% year over year from 25,103 ounces sold in July 2014.
Gold sales at the Perth Mint were up 64.7% in July from 31,019 ounces sold in June.
Sales of American Gold Eagles at the U.S. Mint rose in July to eighteen month highs. In July 2015, the U.S. Mint sold 144,500 one ounce American Gold Eagle coins up 131% from 62,500 sold in June 2015 and up 456% from 26,000 American Gold Eagles sold in July 2014.

Silver to Gold Sales Ratios at the U.S. and Perth Mints
The U.S. and Perth Mints are selling proportionally increasing amounts of silver to gold. The Perth Mint, however, sells a much larger proportion of gold to silver than the U.S. Mint.
The U.S. Mint sold 5,529,000 one ounce American Silver Eagle coins and 144,500 one ounce American Gold Eagle coins in June 2015 for a silver to gold sales ratio of 38 to 1. (the ratio for the past 12 months has been over 100 to 1. The lower July ratio is because the U.S. Mint suspended silver sales for nearly three weeks in July)
The Perth Mint sold 746,700 ounces of silver and 51,088 ounces of gold in July 2015 for a silver to gold sales ratio of 14.62 to 1.
